Exchanges and refunds

Items purchased in store or online can be returned within 10 days of the purchase date.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags intact. Otherwise, the item may be refused.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, once the item has been received and inspected.

 

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We invite you to contact us by email or via Messenger before sending the item so that we can properly follow up on your return.

 

Size exchange

If you would like to receive a different size of the same item, we will be happy to send it back to you free of charge, once we have received the original item.

 

Non-refundable items (no returns)

For hygiene reasons or due to their promotional status, no exchanges or refunds will be granted on:
